چکیده

In this work, a vaccination model for Chlamydia trachomatis with cost-effectiveness optimal control analysis is developed and analyzed. The disease free equilibrium of shown to be locally asymptotically stable when the reproduction number less than unity. disease-free was proven not globally stable. also undergo phenomenon backward bifurcation associated necessary conditions existence optimality system are established using Pontryagin’s Maximum Principle. Global Sensitivity carried out determine parameters which most affect dynamics disease, number, exposed, infectious treated populations used as response functions. that strongly drive class function natural death rate $$\mu $$ , treatment failure $$\varphi fraction people failed p. Simulations reveal strategy combines prevention cost-effective in fight against disease.

Stability Analysis and Optimal Control of Vaccination and Treatment of a SIR Epidemiological Deterministic Model with Relapse

In this paper, we studied and formulated the relapsed SIR model of a constant size population with standard incidence rate. Also, the optimal control problem with treatment and vaccination as controls, subject to the model is formulated. The analysis carried out on the model, clearly showed that the infection free steady state is globally asymptotically stable if the bas...

Optimal control of a dengue epidemic model with vaccination

We present a SIR+ASI epidemic model to describe the interaction between human and dengue fever mosquito populations. A control strategy in the form of vaccination, to decrease the number of infected individuals, is used. An optimal control approach is applied in order to find the best way to fight the disease.

Ebola Model and Optimal Control with Vaccination Constraints

The Ebola virus disease is a severe viral haemorrhagic fever syndrome caused by Ebola virus. This disease is transmitted by direct contact with the body fluids of an infected person and objects contaminated with virus or infected animals, with a death rate close to 90% in humans. Recently, some mathematical models have been presented to analyse the spread of the 2014 Ebola outbreak in West Afri...

A Model of Perfect Pediatric Vaccination of Dengue with Delay and Optimal Control

A delayed mathematical model of Dengue dynamical transmission between vector mosquitoes and human, incorporating a control strategy of perfect pediatric vaccination is proposed in this paper. By some analytical skills, we obtain the existence of disease-free equilibria and endemic equilibrium, the necessary conditions of global asymptotical stability about two disease-free equilibria. Further, ...

Stability analysis and optimal control of an SIR epidemic model with vaccination

This paper focuses on the study of a nonlinear mathematical SIR epidemic model with a vaccination program. We have discussed the existence and the stability of both the disease free and endemic equilibrium. Vaccine induced reproduction number is determined and the impact of vaccination in reducing the vaccine induced reproduction number is discussed. Then to achieve control of the disease, a co...
